- The printing on the edge of the spool ensures constant access to information about the thread name, length, color number, and production batch number. This information cannot be lost, as it will no longer be printed on the label.
- The label is applied on one side only and contains address information and the EAN code. The adhesive area has been enlarged, ensuring better label stability and reducing the risk of detachment. The new label also provides more space for the barcode, improving its readability.
- The new spool design, without a visible joint, eliminates any irregularities that could cause thread breakage.
- The stable spool, with a more robust construction, ensures better sewing performance on the machine and a more attractive appearance of the winding.
The new spool is slightly shorter (height: 57.3 mm) but has a larger diameter (Ø 22 mm) than the previous one. This, however, does not affect the display of threads in existing cabinets. The spools fit into the cabinets without any issues.
With the change in spool size, the dimensions of the thread packaging for “snap" have also been updated, along with the packaging graphics.
New box dimensions:
- Length 114.7 mm;
- Width 60.8 mm;
- Height 23.5 mm.
